Service Description

NexGen Leadership Lab is a dynamic youth empowerment workshop that integrates mentorship and leadership training into one unified experience. This program operates on the belief that young people don’t have to wait to lead—they can lead now through guided mentorship. Participants are paired with community leaders, peer mentors, and professionals from diverse fields.
